Mel's right but I feel like someone's got to defend clar. clar has nothing to apologize for. She was harsh but she said what really happened and it wasn't mean. She wasn't trying to push responsibility, wasn't deliberately trying to make a fuss. She was just worried that if mr teo asks to see the Jurong cip records, there would be none. And she would get the blame, which has happened before. So please try to understand that mr teo has been harsh on her for this whole cip thing, and she was voicing her unhappiness because the class seems half-hearted about the class cip,not just because someone didn't want to get the records.

And to the anoynymous 'bystander', I thought you sounded mean with the "dearly beloved" and "it's really funny..."if you want to say these things please say who you are. And I feel that it is not clar's obligation as a rep to do everything personally herself. She has already done her duty by assigning the job of getting the records to someone.

Not to point fingers but I feel like some people in class do not take ownership of the cip even though it is class cip. I'm not clar so I wouldn't know how she feels. But I think this is part of the reason why she was annoyed. Like since the person(s) clar asked didn't want to get the records, it makes clar feel like people in class don't even care about their own hours. The issue here is not so much whether our not the jurong records are needed(sorry gladys), but 04's general attitude to cip. There was a time when clar asked some people in class to do things for cip and the things were not done on time. I don't think clar herself minded this much, she would have just given them more time. But mr teo blames her for these things when she did already assign them to people. you may say that it is her job to ensure the things were done on time, but i feel like there shouldn't be a need for a pressurizing class cip experience where clar has to constantly make sure that people do the things they were asked to do. I don't think anyone wants that...we want to enjoy class cip as much as possible. AND we have been a class for nearly 4 years so I think clar trusted us to do things we were asked to do without her chasing us.

Sorry to bring up all these old touchy issues. I just feel like if I do, people will understand clar's position more. To gladys and those hurt, I really hope you'll understand that clar was not deliberately to hurt anyone. She just needed to voice her unhappiness about our attitude to cip and this records thing was the most convenient example. please don't take it as a personal attack. And the thing about mr teo blaming clar when things are not done is not imaginary, I can vouch for it because i have seen and heard the way he talks to her. Because of class cip, he thinks clar is a "l (i don't need to say it because we all heard it in class) leader". I don't think this would have happened if we were more cooperative with clar. clar shouldn't have to take a "strong-leadership" approach in managing class cip when we have been a class for nearly 4 years.

I know we're all busy so this time i don't think its anyone's fault. But imagine yourself in clar's position. When you ask someone more than once to get the records and they don't want to, you feel like you're very alone in this whole cip thing. I think whoever was asked thought that clar would ask someone else, but to clar the person's refusing to go, even though heshe stays nearest to the centre, was not an encouraging sign that others who live even further from the centre would agree to go. And the fact that the person says they can't go and don't try to ask other jurong people after the 2nd time being asked makes clar think that people don't care about their records. I know its not heshe's responsibility to ask others but since this is class cip, maybe we take more ownership of it. Not blaming you, cos if i was asked and couldn't go i wouldn't think to ask others either.
