Dear all,

There'll be a Christmas cum Volunteer Appreciation Night on 14th Dec 2007 at our Student Care Ctr in Naval Base Pri. I would like to extend my invitation to you and the rest of the volunteers on that night. I'm sure the children at SCC will be happy if all of you can attend this party. It's from 7.30pm-9.30pm.

Please kindly inform the rest of your volunteers and would appreciate if you can kindly revert to me on the no. of volunteers coming by end of 3rd Dec so that we can cater sufficient food to everyone.

"We do need help during the holidays as well...basically to assist the teachers. Alternatively, you guys can also plan some activities for the children as well. Below are the dates that help is required as some of the teachers are on leave so there's a shortage of manpower.
